Where could it take you?

Training as a Chartered Accountant is a well-established route into a business career. Chartered Accountants work at the cutting edge of business and industry and have a far-reaching impact on the strategies of organization throughout the world. They are the people who make the high-level strategic decisions that improve profitability and increase market share. In the UK, some 80% of the FTSE 100 companies have at least one Chartered Accountant on the board as Chief Executive Officer or as Finance Director.

Around half of all ACAs work in public practice as partners or employers in accountancy firms, or as sole practitioners, offering fee-paying client services ranging from audit and tax to management and forensic accounting.

Many others go into industry and commerce, where the opportunities are just as varies, Every business needs a financial guru, and as an ACA, that kind of prestige puts you in demand just about anywhere.
